Crockett offers a chance to get a head start on your Christmas shopping during Christmas in Crockett with over 250 arts and crafts vendors and local stores that provide something for everyone. This event is always the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and is preceded Thursday evening by the Annual Lighted Christmas Parade in downtown Crockett.

The Crockett Civic Center is open to the public for special events, exhibits and programs. The Porth AG Arena is a multipurpose, all-weather facility with livestock pens, bucking chutes, a cattle sales facility and more. It has a 2,750-seat capacity, and serves as the agricultural hub of the county.
